How long will my balloon garland last?

While there is no one size fits all answer, we typically see INDOOR garlands last 4+ weeks, and OUTDOOR garlands last 1-3 days. This varies heavily based on a lot of environmental factors including, temperature, sun, and wind.

If you have a weekend event and pick up a Grab & Go Garland days prior, keeping it out of direct sunlight and in a room-temperature climate will ensure the longevity of the balloons.

What areas do you serve?

Sociable Designs is based in Leland, NC, and serves the Cape Fear area stretching from Calabash to Hampstead. Bookings may be subject to an increased travel fee based on location distance.

How much are delivery & installation fees?

Our installation fee is 20% of your order subtotal before delivery with a $60 minimum.

Delivery is calculated at $2.5 per mile, one way, with a $25 minimum regardless of distance.

What is your cancellation policy?

If your event is canceled and you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least seven days prior to your event date to apply your paid invoice to a future booking. Cancellations less than seven days from your event may be rescheduled based on Sociable Design's availability.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Do you have an order minimum?

Sociable Designs has an installation minimum of 12ft of garland, $240 + installation & delivery.

Orders of $250+ are available for drop-off delivery. Orders under the minimum for delivery can be made fully constructed and available for pickup from Leland, NC.

What is a Grab & Go Garland?

Designed by us, picked up and installed by you! Grab & Go Garlands are fully constructed garlands available for pick-up from Leland, NC. Garlands are available in 4ft-9ft and require pick-up in a emptied out mid-large size SUV.
